Well what do you know...Found this information for Tiney Collins...Not Valentine Collins...Are Valentine and Tiney the same person? At this point I believe so... Thompson who wishes letters of admin istration on the personal estate of Tiney Collins deceased and thereupon he together with John Mc Dyer his Security entered into bond in the penalty of $ 50 conditioned according to law , and took the oath prescribed by law . Delivered to Saml Moor Augst 28th 1850 Copied fee he 349 Ordered that Present . A. Borders . G. Sparks , Geo . Justice"
So According to this information Valentine "Tiney" Collins died prior to August 1850.
